     Is a television commercial art?
Commercial and advertising artists make the between art and business with artistic skills and graphic knowhow. Those tools help create print advertising, video advertising, and other sales tools.
Super Bowl XLII disappointed disappointed a legion of local Patriots fans but the biggest football game of the year is about much more than football and parties. It is about consumption. It is about selling America. It is about commercials and every 30-second spot offers the best ideas and the best art in the year of advertising.
Is it really art? Perhaps. It can certainly be entertaining. One company, GoDaddy, bought space to tell us what ad they would air only online. Here are all the other ads you may have missed.
